Since co-founding LOOOP in 2007, I have had the opportunity to lead a wide variety of organizational change processes across industries and business areas, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. I am a leadership and organizational consultant by background, with a long-standing history of managerial and leadership positions dating back to the early 1990s.
