Pia Myrthil Ericsson is an experienced leadership and organizational consultant with a long-standing background in different managerial and leadership positions within IBM. She has led several change processes since the early 1990s in various industries and business areas. With her knowledge and experience in developing and strengthening organizations, she co-founded LOOOP in 2007. Through her projects in LOOOP, she continuously develops new and effective methods of change together with her clients. These methods aim to ensure long-term development while simultaneously achieving short-term results.

Pia’s strengths include her ability to quickly identify an organization’s competitive advantages and areas for potential development. She determines the critical factors underlying behavioral change that are needed to move the organization forward. Pia provides guidance on how management and staff can take action to achieve change and development.
